Andy was so attentive and had a quick response time while leading up to our booking. We went back and forth over several options and ultimately landed on the 20x40 package which worked perfectly for our party. We got a detailed contract detailing everything we would be provided, and it was easy to make a payment for the deposit through the contract link. Andy and his team arrived early the day before the party to set everything up, and came early the day after the party to pack everything up. We got tables & chairs for our event which all looked brand new, as well as extra folding tables for food. The high peak tents were perfect for August heat & the lighting was great for once the sun went down. 1000/10 for Andy & his team! Looking forward to using them again for any future events we host! Great! I had seen an ad on facebook for a tent, tables and chairs after I had already bought chairs and was considering buying more tables. It made more sense to return the chairs I bought and go with DNA. I'm glad I did. I had a contract the same day (even after regular business hours) and a Tent, Tables and Chairs two days before the event. The online invoice and payment platform showed pictures of everything detailed with pricing etc., and allowed me to pay online. DNA Rentals did a superb job with my granddaughter's graduation party. It was a backyard affair. We called this company one week in advance and they were able to fit us into their schedule. The set up was fast and flawless. The equipment, tent, chairs, and tables including buffet tables were sturdy, clean and comfortable. The take down was also seamless the following day. The gentlemen who did the set up were courteous and professional. And above all this, their price was at a fair market rate, not overpriced at all! My entire family was pleased. Called them last minute after 5pm the day before 4th of July. The owner answered the phone and was so kind and courteous. They were able to accommodate all my needs for tables and chairs for my party. They came first thing in morning at 8am and delivered everything.
