Are your tents clean? 

Yes! All our equipment is thoroughly cleaned. Our inventory is BRAND NEW and after every rental, each unit undergoes a thorough cleaning using commercial vinyl cleaners, is disinfected, and sanitized. The unit is then inspected to ensure cleanliness. 

How far in advance should I reserve my units? 

The availability of rentals depends on the time of year and desired unit(s). Peak seasons and holidays have high demand, so it's best to book early to secure your desired unit. Our team will do their best to accommodate all requests, so call us as soon as you have a date for your event. We strive to avoid disappointment and are always ready to work with you. 

How do I request a quote?

Do you match competitor’s prices or accept competitor’s coupons? 

We guarantee to match or beat any competitor's pricing or coupons for equivalent tents, as long as it is publicly posted online or otherwise readily accessible. Delivery fees, however, cannot be matched as they vary based on location. 

Do you deliver and setup your units? If so, can we depend on you being on time? 

Yes! Our delivery is prompt and hassle-free. Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery location and type of unit rented.

Am I expected to tip the delivery team? 

Our delivery team strives to provide excellent service and if you'd like to show appreciation with a tip, it will be appreciated, but not necessary. 

How much does it cost to rent your units? 

Rental prices may vary, but will always be reasonably priced. Our aim is to offer the best value for money in the market.

How do I book my event? 

Get in touch with us to request a quote. If you accept the quote, we'll send you a contract to sign, which along with a 10% deposit, is needed to secure your booking. 

What happens if items are damaged or missing?

The customer will be held accountable for any damages or losses of the rented items from the moment of delivery until pickup. In case of damage or loss, the customer will be charged for repairing or replacing the affected item.

Do I need to get a permit? 

The client must check with local Building Permit and Fire Departments several weeks before the event to see if permits are necessary. 

How big does the tent need to be? 

One of our customer service representatives will be happy to help you determine the appropriate tent size for your event.
